My Passion My Life

" Every morning I excitedly get out of bed. Just a few minutes of goals and visions for the day swirl in my head. No lingering for me, no alarm, no wishful notes too. Just me in my night gown with no hat.

I sit down to enter my dreams and what can notes. In my journal entries that began long ago with a tiny book and its lock and key. I used to dwell on all the icky things back then but now I write God with my cheers and glees instead.

I remember the days I knew not whether I was going to live or die. I also never thought I'd see why cancer came by. I'm glad I had cancer because today I like the who I've become. Which would have never occurred had it not appeared.

If I dwell, I can remember the day of an accident that left me in a wheel chair for years. Because I know if I do, today there will be a lot of have nots and heart of tears too.

As a coach I've been trained to be in the present moment with me. Thank goodness for apple trees. For if it had not been for growing things fresh air would not have been. And I would not be able to enjoy breathing it all in.

Next I write wisdom, only wisdom that I can share. I know that someone will be here and be inspired because I'd cared. I travel through my day with a soul of glee. Knowing, really knowing, this is the right place for me to be. The excitement occurs when I pick up my pen and get the surprise of how far its all come.

I know there were days long ago when I dreaded my day. I'm glad, I'm glad, there aren't none of them anymore. For when their inklings first appear, I now have the training and support to make them disappear. Coaching made me work so that I can appear.

When I crawl under the covers at night, I smile with prayer at the difference I made in everyone’s life this day. Just because I was there. Before I drift off to sleep my sugar plums swirl with what next I can do with my pen. I nod off to sleep, gracefully and slow, lingering on the stories yet to be told.

Occasionally there is a 2 am up. Just because what was swirling before needs to be said. So I honor the time with my pen and then its back to la-la-land I go. I'm so glad of my passion, my life. Its allows everything to be said. After my last eye lid shutter, my last thought is tomorrow’s putter. "

Finding a Purpose and Passion in Life: How and What....?

What is one’s passion? What is one’s purpose in life, and how do we find it?

A human being without purpose is like a leaf, tossed and turned about on the winds, going wherever fortune wants to take it. What can it do? Go east, says the wind, and so the leaf goes. Go west, says the wind, and the leaf follows. And there’s nothing wrong with that, I believe, if that is the way you want to live your life. Let the wind take you on a grand romantic adventure, never knowing what the new day will bring you.

Still, for many – a passion, a purpose in life, is something they search for. For many, a purpose brings power and confidence. The leaf is now an arrow – the rain and the storms might knock it off course, but it is still flying.

A recent trend in emails and comments come from readers who wanted to know – how do I find my purpose in life? And the simple answer is: you know the answer better than I do. I can’t tell anyone how to live life; all I can offer is a few random, perhaps contradicting or unconnected, thoughts. Are these thoughts right or wrong? Please decide for yourself, all I can hope for is for them to stimulate your own thoughts and search.

How to Open Yourself to Your Life's Purpose.........

The one big question most of us ask ourselves is "What should I do with my life?" For most people, it's very difficult to answer. Use these simple suggestions from people who have successfully answered this question and are now living the life of their dreams. Be inspired to pursue your dreams and discover the impact you are meant to have on the world!

1.Listen to your inner voice. It takes practice to hear your true desires. Your passion will often come as a whisper or serendipitous event that reminds you of what's important and what makes you happy.
2.Recognize crisis. Does your job feel like a grind? Are you spending your free time on something you love? Take an opportunity to appraise your happiness. One of the keys to living a purposeful life is seeing that you feel unfulfilled.
3.Dwell in possibilities. Your passions could lead you in a lot of different directions to find fulfillment. Explore your life and unearth all of the things that bring you joy.
4.Tune out the voice of the world. Make the strongest voice in your life your own. Finding your purpose could mean going against the advice of close friends and family. Take a leap of faith and trust in your dreams.
5.Decide what kind of person you want to be. Rather than concentrating on what you want to do, think in terms of what kind of person you want to be. Let that guide your choices.
6.Bring your heart to your work. It takes passion and courage to find a profession that you love. Spending the time to discover that job is time well spent—it could make all the difference in your life!
7.Trust transformation. Hard times are a natural part of life. Don't be afraid to change because of your experiences. Instead, let them shape and steer your course.
8.Have no regrets. According to the experts, it's easy to regret the time you've spent being unhappy or unfulfilled. Realize that during that time, you developed the skills you need to succeed!
9.Take the first step. Destiny can't help you until you are willing to step out of your comfort zone. Get prepared to make changes in your life…and start making them!
10.Be patient. Finding your life purpose won't happen overnight. In every life, there's a fast road and a slow road. Most of us take the slow road! Keep your commitment and take small steps to make it happen.

How To Know if You're Living Your Life ‘Passionately’

"If you follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be." (Joseph Campbell)

What are the signs that you're on the right track, on the way, got it going?

You'll know when –

1. You're totally obsessed with what you're doing – time just flies by and you're on a 'high' when you're doing your 'thing' you love. To you it's not 'work' at all because you're enjoying every moment and spending your time doing exactly what excites and makes you happy. It's what gets you 'springing' out of bed in the morning, and when you're away from it, you can't wait to get back to it …

2. You're totally hyper focused and in a trance-like state when you're doing what you love. You feel like you've been transported elsewhere, and your immunity to distraction is on 'high'. Often you may not hear people around you speaking to you, and only realize when you find yourself being roused and brought back to the sound of the words "Are you listening to me? Hey, did you hear what I just said?"...

3. You've got a strong underlying Belief, all the while, that this IS definitely what you're meant to do …

4. You keep a strong clear Vision afloat all the time of where you want to get to - even when you're dog tired and exhausted, events and circumstances aren't flowing, things seem to not be going your way, and people are against you ...

5. You just keep going when the going gets tough, and keep getting up and on with it …

6. You surprise even yourself at your unfailing persistence to keep going and you feel propelled by this inner life force that is driving you ...

7. Despite the hurdles, trials, tribulations and frustrations, you look back with a smile and know that you've really enjoyed the experience anyway. You know deep down inside that you're going somewhere worthwhile and what you're doing has meaning and purpose ...

8. Things just seem to fall into place easily and just happen 'serendipitously' - people appear, telephone calls come, offers of support and guidance present, new relevant resources are introduced to you. You stop for a moment and you're in the right mindset to see the flow of what's happening and you smile and muse with sincere pleasing satisfaction …

9. You see that what you do makes a real difference in the lives of others beyond what you imagined. You give real value. Their feedback says it all and you're constantly amazed with great humility …

10. Sometimes you have a clear vision of what you want, but the pathway there isn't always clear. As chapters unfold and phases roll out and define themselves, ones you didn't even expect, you stay open to guidance …

Living the Passionate Life is Within Your Grasp

Living your life with passion can become challenging if you are around people who do not share your beliefs. All attempts at maintaining a positive thinking and believing system may be stretched to the limits as you find yourself dealing with people who continue to see the glass as half empty. Here are 3 tips on dealing with these kinds of people.

1. Lead by example – Instead of telling your friends and family exactly what you are feeling and doing day by day, show them. You may be surprised at how observant people are, especially children. When they see you in a happy, relaxed state they will begin to pick up that things are different. Instead of reacting to a situation they will observe how you look for a positive outcome that will benefit everyone involved.

2. Set time aside for yourself daily – Insist on making time just for you each day. This should be uninterrupted time where you can think, write, breathe, stretch, and just daydream. Choose a time of day that will work with your schedule and stick to it as though it were an appointment. You may need to begin with a short period of time and extend it as the people around you adjust to it. You will find that your family members will respect this time and even remind each other that you are not to be disturbed for anything that is not an emergency during this time.

3. Invite those closest to you to become a part of your passion – living a passionate life is largely about having the time and energy to enjoy every precious event with those you love. By sharing what you are feeling and how it relates to them, your family will begin to understand what your particular passion is all about. Allow them to see how happy you are when you are involved in your passion. They may never know who you are deep inside unless you invite them in to see.

As you become more experienced in this area your friends and family will feel more comfortable sharing their passions with you. In getting to know these people on a more intimate basis you will all grow and expand. If there are issues from the past that are painful you may find ways to work through them that will solidify the foundation of your friend’s and family’s beliefs.

Living your life with passion is not a solo experience. It is one that encompasses all of the people that you come in contact with on a regular basis. Our life is what happens to us each day as we are busy making great plans for the future. The passion is in the journey. Walk the path slowly so that you will learn and grow with each step. Invite the people close to you to join you at times that are appropriate for each of you. In this way you can live the passionate life while showing others around you how to find their own passions.

...What is your Passion.?

.........What is your Passion.?

Study without desire spoils the memory, and it retains nothing that it takes in.

- Leonardo da Vinci

The level of ease required for us to wake up every morning to head to school or work is largely influenced by the amount of passion burning within us. If you’re passionless you’re bound to get out of bed with great difficulty and the reason is simple - having nothing to look forward to. I used to be just like that but once the fire lit up, things got a lot better.

Passion is the basis of healthy and satisfactory living. More importantly it breeds motivation. Without passion, learning is dry, even boring, and daily tasks require a huge amount of effort to complete.

When you’re passionate about something you can sit down all day for long continuous hours doing it and still love it.
